Managed Services
Hardware suppport
All hardware supplied by Prosalis comes with a three year warranty as standard. We do not make any additional charge in our monthly service agreement for potential hardware failure.
- Bundled with our service agreement hardware failures will be managed by us and replacements dealt with thru warranty
- Out of warranty we manage all items out of warranty replacing failed hardware at cost plus 5%.
- Server hardware included under the agreement with warranty extension after three years if the client requires it.
- Printers we supply printers and do first line support.
