    Remote Monitoring


    Remote monitoring is at the core of our managed services solution providing the crucial proactive element in managing our clients' infrastructure.

    Remote monitoring affords:

    • Real-time feedback  - monitoring tools provide immediate information on potential threats to stability of the client site.

    • Ticketing service - to alert both our support team and the client simultaneously during normal business and out of hours.

    • Red alerts - within the NOC, critical alerts appear on our plasma panel so that everyone can see high category problems as they arise.

    • SLA management - to track performance against agreed response times.


    While remote monitoring is a service in its own right, we prefer our clients to use the other services as well particularly remote management as part of our managed services suite.
