Network Operations Centre
Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) is the hub of our managed services. Staff have access to all the tools linked to our early warning systems for impending problems on client sites.
- Alerts presented on HD screen at the NOC and visible to all. High impact alerts e.g. server failing - come up in red and are dealt with immediately.
- Help Desk staff on client sites can call directly and have issues addressed in real-time.
- Call Management System all calls are ticketed and managed to resolution.
- Reports generated at the NOC provide on-going monthly performance indicators to all our clients to be measured against the client SLA.
